Growing up with a dog or two in the family was a constant in my life. Our family just wasn't complete without them. When I was 12 years old, and the only one home, our pregnant, family dog entered active labor. At the time, all I knew to do was make her as comfortable as possible as she brought her first litter of puppies into the world. She was a fantastic, instinctual mother... and I was hooked!
Breeding new puppies is one of the most rewarding joys in my life. I love bringing the joy of new puppies to so many new homes and look forward to matching you with your perfect, newest, family addition!

In our program, we take our puppy's health seriously, and take extra precautions and extra measures to make sure all of our puppies are healthy and happy!
We perform multiple health and DNA checks on all of our breeding dogs including x-rays on hips & elbows, Collie Eye Anomaly, and then a Brucellosis, Parvo & Giardia test before a schedu
In our program, we take our puppy's health seriously, and take extra precautions and extra measures to make sure all of our puppies are healthy and happy!
We perform multiple health and DNA checks on all of our breeding dogs including x-rays on hips & elbows, Collie Eye Anomaly, and then a Brucellosis, Parvo & Giardia test before a scheduled mating.
Our puppies are vaccinated and dewormed at appropriate ages, and taken to the vet for a final health check before going home to be sure they are good to go on all fronts.

Social interaction is a huge part of a puppy's health. In our program, we use the Ultimate Badass Breeding curriculum to raise our puppies.
Social interaction is a huge part of a puppy's health. In our program, we use the Ultimate Badass Breeding curriculum to raise our puppies.
This includes Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction, which has been proven to promote stronger cardiovascular systems, stronger immune systems, and a higher tolerance to stress.
These are amazing training tools for puppies who go on to be scent trained service, rescue, hunting or bird dogs.
I utilize the following enrichment methods:
Daily interactions with new and novel items and situations to instill confidence ,
exposure to agility tunnel, wobble board and other novel items,
start of impulse control,
early scent stimulation
from days 3-16,
start of puppy recall with treats, positive experiences in all situations, early stages of crate training,
the outdoors (when weather permits),
texture stimulation,
noises, strangers, structures, climbing, chew bone & toys,
touch desensitization,
grooming desensitization,
household desensitization,
socialization with the elderly, children, adult dogs (already in our home only), cats, and viewing other animals nearby in our farming community, .
